Salam..last few weeks..me and my fiancée have a survey on a living house at bertam perdana area..guess what??most of the houses were sold out!pheww...pity for us...rumah laku bak pisang goreng panas..

from my point of view..Bertam Perdana living places..

1. friendly Eco system living scenery..
2. sooner will be an educational hub..maybe...cause they have UiTM, USM, MRSM, Science School, ILP.. Kolej Kejururawatan which will be build up there...
3. modern lifestyle design houses
4. nearby to the town center..

susah juga nak cari umah..survey sinun sinin...nak dapat yg berkenan di hati pada budget yg setimpal mmg payah...melainkan beli tanah buat design pastu bina rumah....mmg pasti puas hati...tapi lambat lagi kot kan...

as the times past by..the land...and prices increase rapidly...so think it 5 times before we wanna make an investment...
